New Hire Information

As a new hire, you have 30 days from your start date to enroll in benefits. Benefits begin the first of the month following 30 days of employment. For example, if you are hired on November 1, you are eligible for benefits December 1. For questions about your benefits or claims, email us at HRSupport@racetrac.com.

Remember, after your new hire enrollment period, you will not have the opportunity to change coverage until the next annual Benefits Open Enrollment period. Employees only have 30 days from the date of a life event to make any changes. For example, if you get married on October 1, you have 30 days starting October 1 to make changes.
