Leave of Absence Program
RaceTrac’s Leave of Absence program allows team members who are experiencing out-of-the-ordinary circumstances to take time off work. To initiate the leave process, contact your HR Business Partner and start a claim with Sun Life. Reference your employee policy manual for more details. See below for more info on submitting a claim.

- Parental Leave
- Family Medical Leave (FMLA)
Submitting a claim with SunLife
- To file a claim, sign in to your Sun Life account and click on “Submit a Claim.”
- To submit your absence claim by phone, call 888-444-0239, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.
