UMR Wellness & You
RaceTrac cares about your health and wellness, so we have partnered with UMR to bring you our wellness program. This program is designed to help you stay on track with your health through all your milestones. The wellness program is only available to team members enrolled in a RaceTrac medical plan.
Wellness Reward
Our wellness program is all about making health easy and enjoyable. It’s about looking after yourself with regular check-ups and screenings so you can enjoy a long and happy life. We offer events, challenges, educational activities and volunteer opportunities to support your wellness journey.
Each employee (and their spouse if applicable) who is enrolled in the current year’s medical plan AND satisfies the current year’s program requirements, will earn the wellness discount for the next plan year.
How It Works
- Earn points by participating in health screenings, check-ups, wellness challenges, and educational activities.
- Earn 300 points in the current year, and you’ll score a premium discount on your next plan year health insurance premiums!
- Employees hired April 1 or later need to earn 150 points in the current year to score a premium discount for the next plan year.
