General Support

You can request new cards online for each provider:

Please allow a few weeks after your effective date to receive physical medical cards. You can access your digital cards online through each benefits web portal.

Health & Wellness

Participate in the UMR Wellness Program through check-ups, screenings, events, challenges, educational activities, and volunteer opportunities. Some activities will be automatically reported through claims, while others will require self-reporting.

Medical & Pharmacy

Medical coverage is through UMR using UnitedHealthcare’s Choice Plus network. Visit www.umr.com and the Medical page for more details.

No, your pharmacy benefits are included in your medical plan through CVS Caremark. Visit Caremark.com and the Pharmacy section for details.

Financial Accounts

  • HSA: For those in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). Contributions are pre-tax, can be changed throughout the year, and funds roll over year to year. Administered by HealthEquity.
  • HCFSA: For those in a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan or those waiving medical coverage. Funds must be used by year-end or are forfeited. Administered by CBIZ Flex.

Leave of Absence & Disability

Typically, your benefits remain active. Contributions will continue if you’re on paid leave. During unpaid leave, contributions stop but must be paid upon your return. Contact hrsupport@racetrac.com for details.
